Water that beads.

A water-repellent surface encourages droplets to gather and roll away. Water beading is one visible effect of a coating; it does not mean the car can never get water spots.

A simpler wash.

The protective surface can make dirt and everyday road film easier to clean away. Regular washing still matters, but ongoing care can feel less like a chore.

A finish worth looking after.

Coatings can enhance gloss and help preserve the appearance of well-prepared paint. Existing swirls and deeper marks need their own assessment before protection is applied.

THE FINISH STARTS BEFORE THE COATING

Prepare the paint.
Then protect it.

A coating goes over the finish you already have. Getting that surface ready is an important part of the result.

  1. Wash & decontaminate.

    We wash the exterior, remove bugs and tar, and use clay bar treatment and iron removal to lift bonded contamination. Paint preparation removes residue before coating.

  2. Refine where needed.

    Want to improve swirls or haze? We can discuss polishing before coating. Paint correction is a separate service, quoted to suit your paint.

    We apply and level your Jade coating on the prepared paint. Exterior vinyl and plastics, headlights and taillights are also coated. We explain how to care for the finish while it cures and afterward.

AFTER APPLICATION

Give it time to cure.

Follow the dry period and first-wash instructions provided with your service. Timing varies by coating and conditions.

BETWEEN DETAILS

Wash with care.

Choose a pH-neutral car shampoo and a clean microfiber mitt. Rinse well, then dry with a clean microfiber towel. Skip automated brush washes and abrasive tools.

WHEN LIFE HAPPENS

Catch contamination early.

Remove bird droppings and other contamination promptly. A coating adds protection, but paint still benefits from regular attention.

What ceramic coating do you use?

We use Jade Ceramic coatings. These liquid-applied treatments bond to prepared surfaces and, once cured, help repel water and make routine cleaning easier. Ceramic coating is a thin protective layer, not a sheet of paint protection film.

Will it remove scratches or stop rock chips?

No. A coating does not repair existing swirls or scratches, and it is not meaningful protection against rock chips. Paint correction can improve suitable surface marks before coating and is quoted separately.

Which coating should I choose?

Think about how long you plan to keep the vehicle and how you care for it. We offer 1–2, 4 and 7 year options. We can help you compare them based on your vehicle, parking conditions and maintenance routine.

What do the year options mean?

They identify the coating packages we offer. Actual longevity depends on preparation, exposure and ongoing care. Confirm the coating, maintenance requirements and any applicable warranty terms with us before booking.

Do I still need to wash my car?

Yes. Coated paint still collects dirt and needs regular, gentle washing. Clean wash materials and suitable products matter. Avoid abrasive brush washes, and remove bird droppings and other contamination promptly.

When can I drive or wash it afterward?

Curing and first-wash instructions depend on the coating and application conditions. We confirm the required dry period, first wash and ongoing care instructions for your service.

Can ceramic coating be done at my home?

We offer mobile care around Durham and the Triangle. Coating needs suitable working and curing conditions, so we confirm your workspace, shelter and weather before the visit.

Are wheels, glass and the interior included?

The packages cover exterior paint, exterior vinyl and plastics, headlights and taillights. Wheel faces, glass and interior surface protection are optional additions. Ask us for a quote for the surfaces you would like protected.
