Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you request information or book a service, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details and service preferences. We may also collect limited technical and anonymous website-usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the website.
Booking-source measurement
When analytics are enabled, we record the referring website hostname, landing-page path and limited campaign labels, and link this information to your booking. We keep the first tracked visit in this browser for up to 30 days and the current visit until 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not retain full referral URLs, search queries or advertising click identifiers. Browser privacy signals and our Privacy control turn this tracking off. The optional “How did you hear about us?” answer is saved with your booking even if automatic analytics are off. Skipping it does not affect your booking.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide services, send appointment-related communications, maintain business records, improve our services and send marketing text messages only when you have separately opted in.
Text messaging and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, regardless of category.
Information you provide for SMS opt-in, including your phone number and name, is used solely to send the messages you have consented to receive. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information in our care. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, our business records and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete information you have provided, subject to records we must retain. You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP.
